we are a group of individuals with a common belief that design can improve lives at any and many scales.

Her innate interest in design detailing and innovation is recognised in her Master of Architecture thesis project at National University of Singapore, awarded “Award of Prestige (1st Prize)” at the International Tropical Architecture Design Competition organized by BCA, SIA and SGBC in 2012. An avid cyclist, Weiling’s free time is spent on her wheels and trekking.
Hern Lit Koh
Hern Lit joined Genome Architects in 2017, after having worked for 3 years since graduation from Deakin University, Australia, with a Master of Architecture.
He has worked on condominiums and industrial projects, later honing his design skills on bespoke residences and commercial interiors. Hern Lit’s interest and experience in BCA Green Mark and Buildable Design has been an asset to the team. The resident technical go-to team member, Hern Lit spends his free time dabbling in Bonsai, photography and hunting for good food.
Tracy graduated with a Master of Architecture from the Singapore University of Technology and Design in 2017, where her thesis on Intergenerational Community Facilities was awarded “Best Thesis: Research Award”. Tracy’s penchant for sketching and design has been instrumental in the team’s design proposals ever since. Outside work, Tracy is a novice at pottery and enjoys encountering design at design fairs and festivals.
